Are you ready to take your business to the next level? Join our 6-month Coastal Business Coaching program. Our program offers small group, in-person coaching sessions at the Monroe Coastal Community Bank Branch. The program is designed to provide you with the tools and strategies you need to succeed.

Coastal Business Coaching sessions are hosted by Katy Woods, Coastal Community Bank Branch Manager, and Certified Coach. Katy joined Coastal as the Monroe and Sultan Branch Manager in 2013, and works with businesses from all stages including startup, growth, and sale or succession. Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be a business owner
  • The business is privately owned
  • The business has operated for at least 3 years
  • Annual sales revenue of $1 million or more.

When: Meet in person once per month.
